Filter/compensation modules are integrated functional units designed for reactive power compensation and harmonic mitigation in low-voltage power distribution networks. Each module combines key components such as capacitors, detuned reactors, contactors, fuses, busbars, and terminals into a compact and standardized structure.
These modules can function as standalone capacitor/filter circuits or be used as extension units to expand existing PFC cabinets. Modularization represents a major advancement in power quality solutions—enabling flexible system design, fast assembly, easy upgrading, and reduced engineering complexity.
Featuring a clean structural layout, high reliability, and comprehensive protection—including over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, and harmonic overload protection—the modules provide an ideal platform for power quality improvement for EPC contractors, panel builders, and end-users.

Ordering Recommendations

  1. Modular structure with series connected detuned reactor
  2. Suitable cabinet width: ≥800mm; each 50 kvar for 1 switching step
  3. For 525V systems, recommended detuning factor 12.5%
  4. Max installable capacity per cabinet (standard size):
     ▪ 50 kvar modules → ≤250 kvar
     ▪ 25 kvar modules → ≤225 kvar
  5. Before installation, verify module parameters match selected specifications
  6. Modules use bottom wiring for easy cabinet integration
  7. Refer to wiring diagrams for control signal mapping (included below )
