Model Description
HYTBBZ-10-□/□-AKW/P6
Selection Guide
- Air-core reactors are installed on the power supply side; iron-core reactors are placed on the neutral side.
• For suppressing inrush current: reactance 0.5–1%.
• For suppressing 5th and 7th harmonics: reactance 6%.
• For suppressing 3rd harmonics and above: reactance 12%.
- Main wiring configuration: single-star or double-star.
• Single-star: used with open-delta overvoltage protection.
• Double-star: used with neutral-point unbalance protection.
- Single capacitor unit capacity: 50–500 kvar.
Operating Conditions
- Ambient temperature: −25°C to +45°C; 24-hour average ≤ +35°C
- Altitude: ≤ 2000 m (consult manufacturer for high-altitude applications)
- Humidity: daily average ≤ 95%; monthly average ≤ 90%
- Wind speed (outdoor): ≤ 35 m/s
- Seismic resistance: ≤ 8 degrees
- Installation inclination: ≤ 3°
- Solar radiation: ≤ 1000 W/m²
- Environment: indoor/outdoor locations without flammable, explosive, corrosive, or conductive dust;
no severe vibration or steam condensation.
Functional Features
1. Indoor and Outdoor Installation
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
2. Multiple Compensation Modes
Supports frame structure, fixed compensation, and automatic switching compensation.
3. Direct Installation
Capacitor banks can be switched on/off directly through circuit breakers.
4. Indoor Cabinet Structure
Indoor units consist of:
• Circuit breaker
• Incoming cabinet
• Capacitor cabinet
• Reactor (air-core or iron-core)
Typical configuration: three-phase three-wire system.
5. Outdoor Frame Structure
Outdoor systems typically include:
• High-voltage incoming cabinet
• Discharge coil & protective components
• Capacitor racks (single or double layer)
• Reactor racks
• Filter circuits (optional)
Capacitor racks are arranged in single or double layers based on capacity.
6. 10 kV System
Installed with GW4-12D high-voltage isolating switches; capacitors arranged by phase.
Single capacitor capacity ≤ 500 kvar.
Large-capacity systems use double-layer capacitor racks.
7. 20 kV System
Capacitor units 200 kvar and below arranged in double layers.
Capacitors ≥ 200 kvar arranged in single layers.
8. 35 kV System
Outdoor frame structure with separated capacitors and reactors.
Capacitors are arranged in single or double layers depending on capacity.
Incoming line uses G W4-35D isolating switch, installed on a dedicated platform.
