Product Introduction
The HY-HPD-1000 harmonic protection device is designed to safeguard precision electronic and control equipment operating in environments with high harmonic distortion. It effectively protects computers, PLCs, sensors, wireless equipment, CT systems, and DCS platforms from the adverse effects of harmonics. By suppressing harmful transient surges and limiting harmonic-induced electrical stress, the device significantly reduces equipment malfunction rates and operational errors.
Integrating the HY-HPD-1000 helps enhance system reliability and stability, extend equipment service life, and maintain optimal performance. It also prevents failures caused by user-side high-order harmonics, mitigates operational degradation, and reduces unnecessary downtime losses. The HY-HPD-1000 fully complies with IEC61000-4-5 and IEC60939-1-2 international standards.

Working Principle
The HY-HPD-1000 absorbs and suppresses harmful harmonic components while effectively reducing conductor heating caused by concentrated harmonic currents. By lowering cable temperature rise, it helps prevent insulation degradation and reduces copper loss, ensuring stable and efficient system operation.
The device also suppresses transient spikes, electrical surges, and high-frequency noise generated on user-side circuits. It prevents these disturbances from entering sensitive equipment, ensuring voltage balance, stable phase conditions, and consistent load performance. This leads to improved power quality and reduced electrical energy waste.
